Matt Barton

Matt has been a property manager since 2017. As a real estate investor and licensed real estate agent, he stays current with market trends and the availability of building sites and homes for sale in the area.

He has both remodeled and built new vacation homes and has experience in everything from furnishing cabins to building listings on Airbnb.

Olivia Batchelor

As a property manager, Olivia assists with overseeing the strategic management of our short-term rentals.

Prior to joining the North Georgia Vacation Rentals team, Olivia gained extensive knowledge in sales, marketing, and community relations working in the auto and marine industries. She enjoys serving both homeowners and guests with her skills.

Molly Smith

Molly joined the NGVR team in 2024 as bookkeeper and administrative manager. She previously worked in management at Chick-Fil-A. As a Dahlonega resident, she enjoys helping visitors have a quality stay.
